A Problem In The SBC That No One is Talking About
The Southern Baptist Convention has been under both controversy and investigation in recent years. But there's one thing that no one has talked about that could be the common denominator in all of it. There's been plenty of talk about how Russell Moore tried to falsely accuse several people of covering up sexual abuse. Including Mike Stone, a man I have known for years and have a ton of respect for. I was a member of Mike Stone's church from 2010 to 2018, and I learned so much during my time there. It was there that I started to take my faith seriously, as well as learning the importance of having a Biblical worldview. The false claims that Russell Moore made about Mike Stone made me examine whether or not I even wanted to remain in the SBC at all.
