I've been waiting a long time to speak about this. Andy Beshear was elected governor of Kentucky in 2019 and again in 2023. Kentucky wants you to believe that Andy Beshear is the nicest guy in the world, but there are many things Kentucky won't tell you about Andy Beshear. Andy Beshear was one of the first governors in the United States that ordered churches to close at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. He ordered churches to close before he ordered anything else to close. He even ordered police to give tickets to people who attended a church service on Easter. And yet, many people who regularly attend church not only agreed with Andy Beshear's decision, but even encouraged it more.
